The Strong Like a Mother (SLAM) program by Get Mom Strong is designed to help moms rebuild their bodies postpartum and maintain strength throughout pregnancy. Unlike other "core and pelvic floor rehab" fitness programs, SLAM combines science-backed exercises with intense workouts to provide a comprehensive fitness experience.

Ashley Nowe, a certified prenatal and postnatal corrective exercise specialist and a mother of three, including twins, is dedicated to helping women heal their bodies and feel stronger both mentally and physically. Her own struggle with diastasis recti inspired her to create the SLAM program, which has benefited thousands of women.

With a SLAM subscription, you gain access to total body workouts specifically designed for women. The program offers strength and cardio exercises that target the core and pelvic floor, with five levels of programming to cater to different fitness levels. Each exercise comes with detailed coaching, allowing you to tailor your workouts based on your fitness level and pelvic health concerns. The best part? You can do these workouts at home or in the gym with minimal equipment.

For expecting moms, SLAM provides workouts tailored to each week of pregnancy, ensuring you stay strong and empowered throughout. There's even a Fourth Trimester section to help you heal after giving birth.

SLAM also includes a nutrition component to help you fuel your body with love instead of dieting. With weekly nutrition challenges and over 100 recipes, you can learn how to nourish your body while creating healthy habits.

Furthermore, SLAM provides a searchable health tip library that empowers you to move better throughout your day.

The SLAM program can be downloaded for free, but ongoing use requires an active subscription. You can choose from monthly, quarterly, or annual subscriptions, and you will be auto-billed until canceled. Managing your subscription is easy through the main menu of the app.
